ENGINEERING & TRAINING SYSTEMS DOCUMENTATION Your place of work: Stans, Switzerland What you do Conduct training need analysis to define the learning objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support the design of training courseware and training productsDevelop and maintain learning analytics strategies and algorithms to assess the effectiveness of student's learning activititesDefine, verify, and validate reports that support learning progress and assist training managers and instructors in evaluating and rating learnersCoordinate work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure correct, testable, and verifiable implementation of the learning objectives and their measurementInterface with the engineering teams to support training products development What you bring At least five (5) years of relevant experience with learning environments and student assessment, preferably in the aviation industry. A previous experience as a military flight instructor is an advantageProven experience in conducting training analysis and deriving technical requirements. Knowledge of requirements management tools is an advantage.Knowledge of Bloom's Taxonomy and Kirkpatrick's Model application. A degree in Educational Research or a comparable field is an advantage.Willing to travel internationallyAbility to work to tight deadlines and under pressure on parallel tasksEnglish spoken and written at least level C1.
